lol Frontpage...don't use that, shit sux...if you're going to get a professional editor, Dreamweaver is the best IMO and it's an industry standard. Dreamweaver is to Frontpage as Word is to Wordpad. Also if you can't get Dreamweaver get EditPlus. As for the mockup, it's pretty good, although make sure to make the navbar more noticeable; make whatever the active page appear white on the navbar.

Yes, it has 1GB of memory while the others only have 512mb. More video memory=more room for textures/models=frees up RAM and hard drive=faster loading.

3870, although I HIGHLY recommend you spring for a 4850. Although I have a 5000+ with 2GB of RAM and a 3870 and I can run Call of Duty 4 on all max settings at 1280x1024, you should have no problem.
