If it was made for GBA it would probably be overhead. Didn't they have a gta game for the GBA.

It seemed to me that there wasn't enough put in Vice City. Maybe they realized that and are trying to do it really good, like GTA3 was.

I think the Cp3o (i think thats what it's called) is pretty cool -
It really depends on what cheats you use. Ones that change handling or charactor stuff will screw up the game. Wanted level or health don't affect it
