nah, it has nothing to do with the SAMP server. try reinstaling your game and downgrade again havent had that problem before so i honestly dont know.

have absolutly no idea of what the bagboxa and bagboxb mod is! there a millions of car mods on the internet so could you be a litle more presice? it might be because you have v2. of SA. the downgrader can be found somewhere on this site

yeah. i realy hope the have done something to the water. the last gta has been very bad concerning that. it doesnt feel like you are in water at all in SA for example and realy hope the have done something to the firetruck waterblaster (whatever its called) because it didnt impres me much

well, i think it is posible, because the quad/ATV can do it. so you just gotta find out what part of the handling line that does it on the Quad

there are no pedestrians in samp because its online... and yes, you can use vehicles mods, however there is a big chance your game will crash with them and the cars handling wont be changed. only the look

thausands of ppl have downgraded and only few has problems, so try downgrading or not. its your choice

and then ofcourse for PC but that will take some time

like he said. if JT thinks GTA:IV will make ppl crazy and stuff he should look at religion! i mean alot of religius ppl kills others too, like most suicide bomber do it because they think they get in paradise and stuff, and it´s not only muslims, it´s almost all religions that are bad. like in about year 1400-1650 ppl went on crusades killing all who wouldnt belive in christianity or how ever its spelled. i know its far out but thats what i think. yeah it realy sound like you have been ripped of for 10 bucks. but if the guys that sold you the game said it worked fine you can give him a call or something, maybe he will give you the cah back

well crazy trainer isnt installed, you just unzip and use it however if you want the "play" button to work you have to find your root directory of the exe.

yeah you couldnt pass because of bad weather, same as in VC

you should be able to turn automatic/manual of in options if they implemented it, which i dont think they will. it´s too realistic for a gta in my opinion, but who knows? maybe they will implement it

well as for the wind, that already is in San Andreas... anyways it would be cool if they made i more realistic like when you are in a chopper and your close to a skyskraper the wind is more powerfull than if you are out in the open.
