    Use the series 9 graphics card from nvidia and try to increase your RAM a little bit say upto 4GB but i doubt it will run on a pentinum 4 CPU as GTA IV needs the minimum speed of a core 2 duo or higher processor.

    Yeah, i dislike the "purchasing new music from stores" idea though instead the player can just simply use your phone and visit the in-game website like IV and download and save the music in the phone for some bucks.

    Introduction of air travel and rail system is also a great feature, it saves your time when you want to go to a distant place.
