Try deleting the CLEO folder and run the game.

Did you downloaded it from steam? Did you installed any patches for the game?

Okay, have you tried to install any other vehicle mod in the game and did you have the same trouble? If you didn't had any problem with other vehicle mods then there must be some problem with this mod.

Are you sure you replaced it with the hustler? If so then try installing the mod again and if you believe it was because you used it over the wrong car model then try using it on the default car model given in the mod files. If you are using SAMI i would suggest you to install the mods using manually by IMG Tool 2.0 and see if the modification works, alright?

Have you made the backup of the original game before you installed the mod? Did the mod had both .dff and .txd files? Are you using v1.0 or 2.0?

I searched the google for your prob but i am afraid some mods and trainers wont work on the steam versions of the game and will only work on the retailed version of the game(available at stores) and the only patch available at R* website is for fixing the graphics. You have to manually enter all the creats.

Depends on the player's mentality of how he feels it. I have played many violent games like GTA, Soldier of fortune 2, Hitman, Manhunt and blah blah blah but i just play it as just another game. Well, ofcourse i sometimes get carried away with it but i never forget that i am in reality.
