Actually I think you'd find they could get quite a few licensed cars with damage, it just wouldn't be economic or in line with the way the GTA series is. Look at enthusia for example

You can't with those tools, player DFFs are a special form of DFF so you'll need either blender (which is incredibally hard to use) or 3DS Max

Sounds like a LOD, they probably just forgot to update the LOD when they updated the main model. Hardly matters much.

No, driver it isn't worth upgrading to 2.7. Personally I'm on 2.6.

People who've been in the gta scene for a long time always prefer gta 3, people who are fairly new prefer vice city. It's just a matter of which you played first generally, I play Vice City first however as I love the 80s I'd always go for Vice City

What operating system are you running? try also doing the crucial files individually (gta.img and gta.dir)

I thought the Comanche got scrapped? A jetpack, but instead of it being the one from Russia with Love, it should be the one from Rocketeer so you can fly it fast. (EG:) The proper fighter in GTA4 has to be swing wing, working exactly like the hydra does for rotating nossles.

Do multiplayer stunts count, for example MTAVC Stunt Mode, or have say 5 hydras flying in formation and stunting in GTA Rumble (now that would be cool!) Incidentally does the stunt plane trail show up in replays? Just thinking about the Red Arrows.

That VC Ultimate Script sucks, if you're going to use a mod like that it's not true stunting, it's cheating.

erm - TGTAP Stunt Vide Collab Was started and never finished. As last time I can host the replay files on a secure website and do some editing (I have about 35 different Video Editing applications installed ) I think it would be nice to include some plane stunts as well, hydra flying can be excellently done.

Not that, that makes any real sense. Probably your best bet for money are the R3 missions (eg Paramedic, Vigilante, Firefighter, Brown Thunder, Vice Squad)

Weird. Anyways, don't think there's a love fist spawn cheat on PC, but PS2: R2, Up, L2, Left, Left, R1, L1, Circle, Right Xbox: Black, Up, White, Left, Left, R, L, B, Right There's only the Stallion and the Thunder is just an advert not a featured car.

There was at one time a project to convert one of the classics into 3d, possibly into GTA 3, I can't remember the exact details but aside from the fact roads were at 30 degrees to the horizontal for a hill, it looked pretty good.
