All I can say is this, BULLSHIT! If GTA4 is an MMO, I aint buying it. GTA SA had RPG elements like gun stats, fat, muscle, etc and nobody liked them. Now what, a bladder meter? Screw this, GTA is about shooting and running people over, not getting muscles And if it was an MMO, how would it work? How would there be car jackking? Will there still be regular peds running around? And how will PvP work? makes no sense

I usaully dont say this, but, learn how to freaking spell. I think what you're asking is if there are flyable planes in Vice City. There are only 2 flyabler planes, the RC Baron and a Skimmer. You can fly the RC Baron in a "Top Fun" van which starts the toy missions. Its the Top Fun on the highest level in the North Point Mall parking lot. The Skimmer spawns behine the movie studio (prawn island) when you are done the mission "Dodo Dildo"

LCS wasnt that succesful, mainly because not a lot of people have a PSP. And its impossible to downgrade from V2 to 1
