i think speed cameras would be good, after you save, a cop comes round to your house askin for your lisense, you can pay a bribe or do the police chase then, instead of during driving

a speed limit would suck, GTA is at a perfect balance of real and unreal, making it too realistic like with speed limits would ruin it
