well the PS2 handled San Andreas fine, not sure what your PS2 is like... considering that is at least 4 times the size of Liberty City and the PSP can handle games proven to be on par with PS2 games i think it just might be able to handle it

way more than a year, they only release it in the last couple of months they wont rush the game so it can be released near the time of the PS3
