The only helicopter that could airlift vehicles was the Leviathan and that was only allowed in a mission. You could probably do that by modding, though.

I actually learned how to fly the Skimmer properly by myself nearly after I asked someone to do the mission. I knew beforehand the mission was impossible to beat so I didn't make an effort in it.

No, it'll be the same game like LCS for PSP and PS2. Rockstar won't change any of the gameplay experience but thy might take out some of those overrated glitches.

Wow, everyone wants the game to be more like SA. It had enough little features like SA. This is its own game and when you mean "hi in the sky" do you mean by jetpack because there was really no use for one in VCS. There wasn't anything interesting on roofs and besides, you can do that with a helicopter.
