could someone help me my computers so slow! I deleted and uninstalled all the stuff I dont need. I also have 2 firewalls and do Disk Cleanup everyday and still its slow! Can someone give me suggestions on making it faster?

I dont know how to make userbars myself I make my userbars at userbarmaker.com cuz its easier. Also cuz my PCs too slow and full to install the programs I need.
