That would explain it, I would just be surprised if it were released on CD. My SA disk is 3.92 Gig (just checked) & CD was all but obsolete when SA was released. If you are using a "free" copy, get the legal one. You'll have a LOT less trouble w/ it. good luck.

Around here (midwest US) 89 octane is midgrade, the cheaper gas.

FORD 429 (7 liter) FTW!!! They run 11/1 compression on 89 octane pumpgas. The last one I had made close to 400 HP, had it in a '70 Galaxie. I miss that car, it was stolen & scrapped by retards.

Haven't messed w/ turbos, just cast iron pushrod American V-8s.

$3500 sounds a little steep, how's the overall condition & maintainence?

Disc 3?!?!?! Every copy of SA I've seen was a single DVD, is there another version floating around? Last time I re-installed, I had to defrag my drive, windows got lazy & re-used the old files. Defrag should overwrite the old files for a clean re-install.

A young 47 isn't necessarily bad, the makers of the movie might want to establish his "back story". But Bruce Willis might be a more fitting choice. And of course w/ a movie, you have the producer's interpretation of the original.

As for your question, I think the Andromeda (presume that was the plane you meant) only shows up in 2 missions. There is a large plane in the south hanger of the Los Venturas airport, but it's a passenger plane, not a cargo plane. If you don't have WMP 10, just upgrade to it & the game will use it to import your MP3 tracks. SF3P0X1' post has the details on location of tracks. For mine, I made shortcuts of my MP3s & moved them to the folder USER TRACKS folder (to save hard drive space).

I've played through it a few times, the Maverick has yet to show up before the map is opened.
