What car did you replace it with? Cars SHOULD include a README that has new handling lines for them. It's a matter of editing HANDLING.CFG in your DATA folder. Just remember to back it up before you start editing. And nice Avatar.

I've seen under the hood of a couple Windstars, Looks like a Taurus drive train. Get one w/ a 3.8 & you could probably use a supercharger kit from a 'Stang. 400 HP mini-van. That's just wrong.

Sorry I'm not much help on the downgrader. I got SA V1 when it first came out & was spared the headaches of V2.

I'm presuming you downgraded, if not, look in the tutorials at the top of the mod page. Did you back up your GTA3.IMG file? Sounds like you could have a missing model & the game kicks out when it tries to load. A un-install/re-install might be your best option. Remember to install mods one at a time & back up all files you plan to edit each time.

Just a point of curiosity, in the British military is this a big issue or do they know you will do your job? In the US it's "don't ask, don't tell". Personally, I couldn't care less as long as you know how to use that rifle & who to point it at.

I used to have a Nokia through ATT (the original US phone company), service was good & the phone always worked even though it was the most basic model. Then Cingular merged w/ them & I ended up getting a new phone, some tiny Motorola flip phone. They wanted me to go to Motorola to get the cables & software ($60) just to hook it up to my PC to get my pics off it. When I first got & saw how little it was, I asked "Okay, where's the Barbie doll this thing came with?" Service sucked (w/ bad dental work) & their accounting was worse. The last straw was when they shut off the phone for an unpaid bill 3 months past. They showed they received payment for the 2 months since, but not the month before. didn't make sense to me either. I had the canceled check for the month in question in hand & they refused compensation for the interruption of service or the non-working voicemail (had several things advertised for sale) Pissed? I think they were calling the cops by the time I left their store. They claimed they wanted something like $240 for canceling the contract & I told them "see you in court, w/ my records". It was the last I heard of it, 3 years ago.

Slight off topic. LCS was made w/out the intent of you having access to a heli, so they didn't bother texturing areas that you weren't supposed to get to. This was done to save rescorces on the PSP. The invisible wall at the train station is probably a missing texture of a sign saying "CRANBERRY STATION" At over 4.5 gig installed, it's no surprise they missed a detail or two.

In SA he interviewed OG Loc on WCTR, got owned. "YOUR BITCHES ARE 'HOS, YOUR BITCHES ARE 'HOS!" Loc was going to shoot him in the studio for "disrespecting his strap". In VCS, he was more of a pet monkey & got no respect.

We're presuming you're using the PC version, PS2 & X-box are doable, but not easy. For changing the face, you need to edit a model which means you need SA V1 or downgrade. For your user tracks, look at the README on the SA play disc & make sure your system's audio player meets the minimum requirement. If not, you can download the latest version of WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER free & legal. As for faces, you need to extract the ped (person) from the game & from that model open the TXD. From there you just replace the text map of the face. For details on model editing, read the tutorials at the top of the modding page. As a parent I would have mixed feelings about one of my kids being gay, but their still my kid & I would have to tell them that they need to do what makes them really happy. I'd be more concerned that I did my job by teaching them right from wrong, honor, ethics.. things like that. Besides, sexual preference has been linked to the size of the hypothalamus, part of the brain. The theory is that you're "hardwired" for your preference. Almost funny when some religious type gets to ranting about offending God when he created you that way in the first place (except for the fear/hate issue).
