Nice vid. I wouldn't call SR's vid in insult to R* & the crew from Volition probably have a friendly rivalry w/ them. Holding the release to October would have been in both their interest, look at the monster sales for GTA4 (who were the ones that delayed 6 months to begin w/). I've got to agree w/ PJ-34 that's there's not much to do when you complete the game & it looks like SR2 kept (& expanded on) the character customization, GTA4 took a step back. What GTA4 DOES have is top drawer graphics/animations & a level of gameplay few have even come close to. Volition gets a point for the one big thing R* missed (hopefully it will be in the DLC, but that leaves PS3 screwed) is a parachute. The new Liberty begs for one & base jumping would be epic, good for a few achievements. It's the video game of Ford VS Chevy.

Kids & their cheats.... Just deleting the TXD/DFF files will make the game crash when you get near the location, you should know that by now. You have to find the blast doors in the IPL files if you're going to delete them. Now run along & blow stuff up.

I had issues w/ mine a while back & ended up w/ a new console. My profile was on the HD & I used the memory card to transfer it. It kind of sounds dumb, but make sure your profile got transfered or you might have to start a new one.

For future reference, it's okay to share some files as long as they don't bypass having a "PLAY" disc. TXD, DFF, & DATA/CFG files are okay (these are the bulk of available mods).

They tend to show up in rural areas for me. You could also edit CARGRP.DAT (PC version) & add "remington" to a gang you don't like.

Mafiya work on single player version, you can call KP & get one random assignment every 24 hours (in game), sometimes he calls you when you're not on a mission (or after you've agreed to pick someone up for an activity). AIs may or may not be competing against you to do the same job.

Extreme option - Go to Northstar Rock (sounds familiar....), the large rock in the water just north of Algonquin & pick up the .... Fire that through his window.
