The video pieces together some fantastic footage of the state itself and some of things you can get up to. It is professionally made and definitely worth checking it out. Watch below. A graphic card doesn't change the way a game gets rendered, the drivers do. I'd guess it's some mod or manual editing (what must be an absolute pain to do).
