I wouldn't call that an alien, I'd call that a coincidental human looking silhouette (head, body, two arms and legs) that has appeared in a rock. Nothing amazing. Although you must spend a shitload of time running around looking for these things although it's really not worth it anymore since the interest has gone down greatly over the years and with GTAIV now the main interest.
