Three. Better landscaping, better graphics IMO, cooler cars IMO. I think the cheetah((my favorite car in both III and VC)) looks cooler. Plus getting between islands without unlocking them was easier. Like Smartboy was saying, flying the tank((not easy you know!)) was really a fun and easy way to get across.

Actually, its not a slang word, its an abreviation. Sometimes spelled "kthxbye", "kthnxbye", "kthxbi", "kthnxbi", etc. you get the point.
