If you've got a integrated graphics card, you're gonna have a hard time playing san andreas. if its lagging, put all the settings to minimum (640x480, low detail, no AA). if it still lags then, buy a graphics card lol.

ah well yeah that just depends on the server, some stunt servers you wouldnt have any money because you just dont need it, whereas a RPG server you may need lots of money to buy cars, houses etc... but yeah you need your game CD to play, just like if you were to play 1 player.
