You need XLiveLess to load other savegames. GTAIV locks other peoples' savegames even if it's yours and you reformatted your PC. Also there's no such thing as 64bit savegames. If you want to go on LIVE while playing that savegame, play the first mission in IV and save the game, then go to the %APPDATA%/Local/Rockstar Games/GTAIV/Savegames folder, open that user_(numbers) folder and replace that savegame with the one you had before.

That makes the game stutter as the restrictions go over the limit and even if you have 8GB of RAM it can't hold it so it stutters.

Did you put any no-dvd cracks?

That's weird happening in the PC version. I've only seen this issue when disabling the frame limiter and holding Esc for ages (Which I tried ) and cleaning the disc will do nothing when playing as it doesn't really load anything from the DVD. And maybe it's your savegame, did you try another?

Do regsvr64. And there is no way CamHack will work on some 7 installations, it's just random. I never managed to do it like another big bunch of users; it's just totally random.

Well, the modding section serves as a mod showroom. A topic for each author because if they want to make updates they can post their updates in their topic. If your suggestion was made, the topic would be a big mess and people wouldn't know which updates were those and would be confused.

Is this the Xbox version? This happens a lot on mine too when I'm speeding with a car, if yes, try to wait or if it's too long try cleaning your disc with some solution or search on Google. If it's PC, reinstall the game.

About that problem, have you tried running IV as Administrator? XLive may activate as Admin too. Are you the Administrator of the computer?

Well I do have a phone and a PSP capable of going to TGTAP but I have some bugs logging in and the forums are way too big for these so I think a mobile version of the TGTAP's homepage and forums would be enough as that's what I most visit and besides, who would download mods by their phones? Only if people didn't have Internet at their computers. And I agree with warrior on the cost thingy, when on my phone, visiting TGTAP costs me some money...

That doesn't work. @On Topic: Where does it appear you have a wrong version? If it's in the run command, try regsvr64.

CamHack is no way compatible with Windows 7 or Vista. There are workarounds but these most of the times don't even work, you can try downloading that dx8vb by googling it and putting it in System32 or in the camhack folder but I think it won't work...

This is the wrong place to post, this is the forum general discussion and not GTA. Try searching player.img and search for 'cop', then extract all the TXD's you find and open them with G-TXD until you find it. I can't really tell you right now as I don't have SA right now.

That happens in every IPB3 installation I've seen, to be honest. Maybe that button's not to go to the last post?
