Just because of main.scm? Dude, if the .exe gets downgraded to V1, ALL files are moddable. The "guy" who controls the file managing (mods in this case) is the gta_sa.exe, so after the downgrade, all files are moddable, even main.scm. @WhtTheFawk: If you have the time, try reinstalling the game and then applying the downgrader again.

And yes, Rockstar also lied in some other stuff about GTAIV: PC....

Do you have a no-cd crack? Also, if you downgrade, you can install Hot Coffee since the .exe gets moddable.

Well, 2.2Ghz in a Core 2 Duo isn't slow. (AMD doesn't have Core 2 Duo, I know) So will ya say that my Core 2 Quad at 2.4Ghz is slow?
