I have already done something like this on another GTA site (can't remember which) and since I got some real positive feed back on it I decided to do it here and see how it goes. Where is the news chopper located. If it dosn't spawn how can I get one.

I wanted to create my own gang and customize their colors, tags, appearence, car, ect.

Maybe you have to go and kill brian if the game happens in the past. Or maybe the present where you have to kill CJ who would be an ultra hard boss.
