What type of glitch/easter egg should be in GTA4? I'm thinking something like a super car, plane, or boat. Like having a misslefiring hover car or being able to drive a submarine. Anything else?

Done in the VC forum so why not here? My favorite is the Triads. In GTA3 they sucked but they seem a lot better done in SA. While the Mafia has had the opposite effect.

If you go to the abandoned airstrip and follow it westward you will see a tall thin rock tower (I forget what its called). If you go to the other side of it and look at it right it will appear to be a huge penis. If you position yourself correctly, some of the large bolders on the ground will appear to be it's nuts. Don't flame me if this is old.

Suppy lines uses a gun. Bombs are just infinitly better.

On the top of my head I'd have to say all of Marty Chongs missions. And those RC ones.
