Well, the way I learned most of the things is through my grandfather, he does a lot of things with computers..So I just kept asking him stuff over my 14(nearly) years of living..Then I got my own computer and started replacing disc drives, hard drives and other shit.

If you have San Andreas version 2, you will have to downgrade it to version 1 before you can install any modifications. If that isn't the case and the game still doesn't work with the speedometer modification, you will have to reinstall your game or replace the files you edited with backups then try a different one.
