Collect as many uzi's dropped by the SWAT teams as possible, make sure you kill no cops and only SWAT at 4 stars. When the army comes, take as many of their assault rifles as you can. Do not leave the Downtown area for about 2 hours (game time)when the army arrives. Finally, go to the mall and rob 3 stores. Take a pre prepared red car from the carpark near the top fun van, and use the car to make it to a Pay N' Spray. Bring the merchandise over to the Junkyard when your finished. Back to Listings

Tommy is awesome because he can go on random killing sprees, and shoot thousands of people... -and never get his shirt stained with blood -never need to use the bathoom -never need to stop walking -can get away with anything he wants, because for 100 dollars in the Pay Spray, the Army and the FBI lay off. -has a really deep voice -etc etc, so on and so forth

Ok I like Tommy more specifically cause he can work for the mob and Diaz wearing the same shirt day in and day out, without even getting blood on it! ...What that's amazing ain't it? And he also can talk, and usable voice boxes kinda beat the ones that are turned off.

Umm I heard about this file somewhere in your Vice City, and by going in it, you can see the vehicle speeds and that you can modify them for speed. When I heard about it, it said for the PCJ 600 so it might be different for boats. Change your speed in that file, or make sure your not driving in the rain. If your driving in the rain, no wonder your boat is slow.

Thanks Gerard, and I only found this topic from the search button. And im sorry for the trouble im causing bumping up stuff in the Vice City area. But im not spamming, you can check those posts to prove it. I just want some posts so I can get a gang or get help with my multiplayer or something

Sheet, I cant figure out multiplayer eitha, once I fixed the executable problem, it told me to find mss32 something, and noone will help me at that point
