The program depends on the user. Yeah, in theory, any program would do, even at a cost to edit frame by frame in Paint BUT, better (often more complictaed) program can allow you to edit batter, faster and much more efficient. And this efficiency is the key. Yeah, simple programs like WMM or UVS will do, but it'll often take you 5 times longer to do a good edit compared to semi-pro programs like Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas. I know that Premiere comes in a Pro edition aswell (I have one ). So, if you're experienced you won't go wrong with a semi-pro or pro edition of a program. And it wont take you long to get used to it. If you're new, stick to UVS or WMM until you get the feeling that you need something more powerfull.

Fraps Premiere Pro 2.0 (or whatever you want) Additional: Some trainers Photoshop TXD workshop (for custom skins) IMG tool (for importing skins of course ) Audacity (if you have a weak video editing program you might need this, a great audio editor)

He said you can use the replay feature or record in real time. Replay is definetely better since you recored the same stunt one or more time, and only when you accomplish it. Real time recording can be used when making longer clips and you don't want to bother using several replays. I used that method in making a Rooftop Run video. It consisted of only 2 clips.

You know I congradulate you guys, this collab was very efficiently made. Unlike most here on tgtap that fell apart or Blackout:SA that took long time to finish, but did in the end.

1) You can animate them manually in Adobe Image Ready (that's what I did). 2) I've seen that on userbars.com they have some kind of userbar animator, try that.
