512mb RAM is enough to run SA smoothly. It's probably your graphics card (which one do you have?). Try lowering the level of details...and everything that JD said...

If you need something better that PrintScreen, you can capture screens with Fraps or similar program.

Because of some reason, I can't hook up 2 computers over my WLAN router. I hate it so much. Dunno why, computers just wouldn't recognise each other. Anyway, JD explained you what to do. However, make sure that you have 802.11g (54mbps) or SuperG (108mbps) standard. If you have 802.11b (11mpbs) it would be faster to hook them up via cable.

Agree. Console will never be a PC and modding games on it would be hard because modding often requires additional apps that you can't find on any console.

I've never liked those mod installers, they would always generate problems when there weren't any. I do all modding manually, and I don't think that modders will make mods in both versions (SAMI and manual). Most people who mod SA do it manually, and yes, it's a bit harder, but as JD said, people want to know what's happening on their PC.

If this means anything to you, you can change car's spawning frequency in file "cargrp.dat". Don't ask me how to do that.

I think it's a good idea and there'll probably be interested people, but I personally wouldn't use that feature (or maybe just a little, not quite sure).
