Well, we have a nifty little guide for installing mods into San Andreas manually, which is located here. Please note, that installing clothing is similar to installing a car, only when you get the .txd file, you would place it in player.img, rather than gta3.img. And many car mods also replace lines in handling.cfg, default.ide, etc..., so just open these files in notepad to change the lines. I'm gonna have to add pictures to that guide...

It can be done, however, San Andreas uses a different audio format than both Vice City and GTA3. (GTA3 used large .wav files and Vice City .adf for the radio, but still had .wavs for other sounds). Since San Andreas had a dynamic radio (meaning the songs, DJ banter, and commercials were continuously randomly ordered to play) it changed formats heavily. I know of a program to rip the audio from San Andreas, so googling "San Andreas audio editor" will probably help.

Actually, the first GTA games were originally released on PC first, so technically, GTA just became popular on Playstation because in 2000, Sony knew what it was doing. Really? Could've sworn in one announcement or another, the exclusive content was supposed to last at least 10 hours.

Well with San Andreas, Rockstar went in 1-month intervals (August, September, October). But with IV, they waited from the end of March to the end of June (a total of three full months) so I'm guessing trailer #3 will hit in September, so as to keep with that interval.

Yes, most save games are made with the default MAIN.SCR file, so use the default one and try to load the save.

1080i is an HD mode which is a resolution of 1920 × 1080 in interlaced mode. 1080p on the other hand runs in progressive mode. 1080p is better, but not a lot of TVs are 1080p.

Well, from personal experience, nVidia support is very bad, even with adequate cooling and low temps I got so many artifacts and random colors in games, plus bad performance. I mean, an 8800 would seem like a good card to get if there were more DirectX 10 games but Vista is fail and since very few people have it, and the Vista drivers suck too, nobody wants to game on Vista. So buy what you like, but I've always gotten better performance and an all-around better card with ATi.

But like he said you can put the duffel bag, safety deposit box, keychain, and books up on a shelf or somewhere else, and then put the regular game case that comes with it in your "line of games." But I'm a GTA fan and am totally paying extra for it, it's cool stuff. And I'll buy the game again for PC, so Rockstar already has me spending $140 on GTA4 alone in the next 365 days, plus probably $10-$20 more for the DLC.

There is no hot coffee reference in VC, that video was created by Jordan of PlanetGTA and it's just a bunch of random cutscenes meshed up. Anyway there is a reference in Liberty City Stories where Maria asks Toni if he wants to come in and have some coffee, to which he declines. None in VCS that I remember.
