VCMM stands for Vice City Mod Manager, which installs mods for you in Vice City. VCM is the file extension that VCMM uses to install mods. It can only install mods with this file type.

Any Dvd The link above is for a program that removes the copy protection thing on a disc. That means you could use it on Vice City and edit some of the files. I havent tried it yet so it might not work but i hope it does.

im trying to avoid reinstalling the game. I dont think its a missing file because i played it yesterday just fine and didnt do anything to it, just played. And today it just stopped working. I will run through everything and check though. Mabey replace the gta3.img file.

yes ummm.... cars speedometer some weapons I also have changed some weapon stats to make them more powerful, more ammo, shoot a different way, etc. But I changed them back

That would be awesome if they added skateboarding. But they wouldnt have to add grinding phisics to everything. Just like basic ollies and kickflips. Also to not have my car blow up from being shot at. Only like at the engine. And no blowing up from crashing into walls. Its retarded that you can shoot at your rims and blow your car up.

The normal sniper is wasy better. Open the weapons.dat file in the data folder with notepad. Then keep your mouse on 'F' and scroll down to sniper rifle. Change the 1 to 7 or 10 or whatever you like. Then scroll to the top click on file then save. When you shoot the normal sniper rifle it will now shoot as fast as the one with a laser.
