The easiest way to get a mod, is to make it yourself. Visit http://www.gtaforums.com/ They have very extensive pages on modding for Vice City. Something as low poly as the stuff from the original Doom won't take you very long at all to make/convert

SA-MP any day of the week. Some of my best multiplayer experiences have been playing (& scripting in) that mod.

The main problem is it's missing shadows. Would be much more realistic if it had them. Of course the amateur letter doesn't help either.

Breaking into LS Airport at the start of the game, taking off in a shamal and being subsequently shot down by a Hydra. That's when I knew the game was good.

Ah, been in Llanberis for the weekend, with the University's climbing club. Went up both Tryfan and Cnecht which were positively stormy in places. Enjoyable though.

Not bad, shot textures. Certainly an improvement, still not dead on but good enough for this sort of game.

Hopefully then you'll understand that just because it rains in Bangor, doens't mean it rains in Cornwall. I wasn't insulting your country, Wales has it's moments. Has produced some of my favourite bands and has good land for walking/climbing.

Theres plenty of mods for this, but as it relates to player animations the mods are all (afaik) scm mission scripts which mean to play the mod you need to start a new game

I'm confused as to what this topic is all about. It's very likely that the star represents R* as the logo featuring an R and subscript star have been in all GTA 3 series games (I think.)

World Cyber Games, massive LAN party event. I got through on Tib Wars despite playing it as a "waste time before the cinema" and never having played the game before . Was merely stating that if anyone is doing it that we could meetup out of convenience of shared location rather than planned mumbo jumbo.

I'd probably rank it third out of the best PSP games, following VCS and Gun: Showdown. Though with the PSP I can never get over the lack of a second joystick. Considering people have modded their PSP to include a second joystick I don't see why Sony just didn't do it in the first place.
