Spaz, I sincerely hope that's not what he's doing. Another suggestion though - Some folders enforce inherited properties, meaning, it doesn't matter if you change a sub-folder, the changes will not successfully change unless you deselect the Inherit option on the folder above it (or the one above that). It's a long shot though.
