The union flag or union jack (could be either) was originally made up in of the English red cross [+] of St George (on white) (which also represented Wales) and the white Scottish saltire [X] of St Andrew (on blue). Then Ireland joined the union and the saltire of St Patrick was added on top of St Andrew's saltire, but made thinner to be sure it wasn't taken for Ireland to be superior to Scotland. Why am I here?

Oh no, my life is a lot like GTA. Every day I fly in a jet I stole from a local airport (not that I know how to fly or anything) to the nearest city and walk into a gun shop to buy the biggest beast I can (I live in the UK). Then I walk down the street getting into any car I fancy (nobody tries to stop me) then I drive at top speed (which is a lot) down the wrong side of the road running over any amount of people that happen to be on the pavement (sidewalk) I drive across when I can't be arsed to follow the road. Playing GTA is really useful for me to practice killing people in real life, because everybody knows that all real murders involve dozens of people being run over on the pavement by a passing hijacked sports car, or stolen military helicopters ploughing into a crowd of people, or some guy walking down the street with a minigun he found in the cupboard back at his house.

No, nobody can help you. But you can help yourself. There are dozens of topics about this in the relevant place, depending on which game you are asking for. If you want answers on San Andreas Modding, then the best topic to look at would be SA Modding Guide. Look at the top of this page - above all the posts. You see the big banner that says This forum is NOT for posting anything about the GTA games. If you break this rule you will be shot. IMO should just be filtered to "Love" - because "Love you" is still an applicable sentence Make sure it is loose filtered, so that fucking and things get filtered (or that should be a separate filter to "lovely").

Nobody is complaining about showing pictures of guns - please continue to do that. For those who don't know, in Britain most people can't own or fire any potentially lethal weapons. You can get a license from the police if you are a member of a shooting club, and air rifles are allowed for hunting, but not much more. Even the police don't carry weapons, apart from a small number of special units. I really believe that is a good thing, because nobody has any guns, it is really hard to get hold of guns, and for this reason gun crime is low. If anybody does do a driveby or hold up a bank or something, it is easy to find them (its the guy with the AK47 in his bedroom). However, if everyone else had a gun, I wouldn't want to be the only person without one. That is one of America's problems from my point of view - you simply couldn't introduce a law banning ownership of guns, because most people would probably refuse to give theirs up. The military is the obvious exception to the rule in Britain, so this is me with our SA80s:

Is that "the fact"? Do you have the stats to prove that? Do you mean for tgtap or for the entire Internet?

Valid HTML/CSS doesn't mean it looks good - IE probably just sets vertical-align to middle by default or wants it in the container div instead of the contained divs or something silly.

Did that mod just make the ground white (like the tundra mod for SA)? That is easy enough to do, but actually making snow that falls and piles up on the ground is harder. Don't forget that it will affect the way you drive and walk, including the sounds and everything. The extreme cold might even stop certain mechanical things working. That is gonna be quite hard. BUT I think they're going to do it.

I think that is what he was trying to say. The problem with making fake members is that they never post, so it doesn't really get a forum going at all. To be honest, I'd rather join a forum where a small number of people posted lots, instead of a forum where nobody posts, but there are loads of members.

They don't take up any space, they don't slow the site down, and they are interesting for the ex-gang-members to read once in a while. No harm done.

Points aren't actually for multiplayer GTA, it is for spending on the forums in the forum shop. Items purchased from that store are used in our forum-based gang system.

Firstly, we don't know which game it is for, so we shouldn't move it until we do. Also he said the mods don't work "when i try to install" - which is a problem with his GTA game and modding, not a problem with the site.

Which game? Which mods? How are you trying to install them (IMG tool, GGMM, VCMM etc)? PC version? The most common problem is that GTA San Andreas version 2 (any bought since last year) cannot be modded. But you can downgrade so that you can mod. Will move this topic to the relevant modding section when you say which game it's for.

Because it is private discussion. It isn't as if we make members PM inboxes visible once they've gone or been banned. If it was made private, it shouldn't be made public. What could the official gangs learn from there? The gang system was totally different then, so strategy and tactics wouldn't be helpful. Standard recruitment and discussion topics aren't really any use to other gangs, as the internal structures are pretty much the same anyway.

"Que Sera Sera" is just a well known phrase, not actually Spanish, Italian, or French (but is acceptable in spoken Portuguese)

It's changeable in the admin panel, so I can't be sure what it is at the moment. It has been 5 minutes once, and it was also 24-hours once. Could be anything now, probably 5-10 minutes though.
