I go for GTA3, why? because is where all the 3D action started for GTA games and is a great game, now with the LC mod for VC, the city is funnier than ever, and I keep thinking that LC was better than VC in a lot of aspects

I have no problems with you (not directly), but I think you really owe the site and some member an apology, thats definetely a good idea to help. And if you advertise it, dont be an ass at the site you advertise, that will just give the GTA place and the members a bad reputation.

Maybe a not so distant future, between 2010 and 2020, so you can have new fan fiction things from the future and at the same time not so modern so you can identify with them. About the city, well, I think the whole Illinois and Michigan states, the Chicago mafia is a good idea for a GTA game IMO. But the SA, VC, and LC ideas sound like a grea idea too if they make them in the present.
