I think the staff is more than enough right now, they do their job, FaLse, spaz and PyrOxide speciall, they are always there. About the members, well, you dont have that much members with 0 post, the number is not that bad, edgeforums has around 10000 people with 0 posts. A spam section is a good idea, it attracts people that like to spam, and is a good idea that the posts there doesnt count. N00bs: You cant stop them, but you can ban as much as you can.
