I came across an article (Gamespot or similar) & the 21st sticks out, but not 100% sure.

His location is a little random, but he's usually near the hotdog cart on the lowest level & I think he wears a hoodie. If you're near him you hear him talking + the slight delay over the phone (nice effect R*).

The short answer, that would need a whole new section of code. SA literally has over 1/2 million lines of code just in MAIN.SCR already. Blackjack (& I presume the other casino games) alone takes something like 5000 lines of code to work.

What car did you replace to get it? It's probably a simple DATA edit to fix it. Some vehicles (like emergency) are hard coded into MAIN.SCR so you can't take them to Transfender (or other garages).

Here's some good news for you, LCS/VCS released on PSP & PS2. So far no PC versions (But I keep hoping). The problem I had w/ "Bomb da Base" (PS2) was I have bad hands & can't aim very well w/ thumbsticks.

Has anybody gotten rid of a 6* warrant yet? The red circle just followed me around even when there were no cops nearby.

I'm such a proud father, my 13-year-old daughter got this one. Early in the game she was driving around & ran smack into a police roadblock (instant 6*) on one of the bridges. She ended up on foot by thew airport & managed to evade them running under bridges & the achievement popped up. Daddy's little gangsta'!

I haven't received any messages about matches, did get Kirby & Noru's friend requests (XBL). Still waiting for Sky to respond to mine.

A PS2 type controller is almost required for driving (a lot better than mouse & keyboard) & especially flying. Logitech makes a good controller for about $20 (US).

I totally earned my title as heli pilot yesterday, won my first race w/ a red maverick. As I host races I'll go for more so I can get familiar w/ the courses. Let me know when & where for air races. On the ground I'm better at blowing stuff up than racing.

How did you get around the 4* warrant for leaving the open areas of the map? I thought the first time you could do that was during "Reuniting the Families". Is the entire map open when you get dumped in the alley?

Glitch fixes should be in a free patch, they're fixing a defect. Charging to fix them would be pretty lame, I wouldn't expect that from R*. A race editor, host your own custom tracks in the on-line races. I miss the flame thrower. A chopshop. Bring back Ambulance/Firetruck/Police/Taxi missions. Add repo side missions. Complete initial 10 repos similar to GTA4 exports & tow trucks show in convenient spots. A buyable warehouse to store your personal car collection. More missions. Map additions.

Yeah, he pops in from time to time but nothing regular.

I use the mod Huck suggested for races & the last test at the driving school, got tired of having to re-do those because some retard ped makes a left turn in front of me. Since it's a DATA edit, it doesn't register as a cheat & won't mess w/ your game.

Even though you the parking space still works. I keep my yellow Comet (from mission) & a Freeway there & they show up every time I load the game.

Plow through Star Junction in a Bus, watch those taxis fly.

I've noticed that sometimes they move towards the edges of the space, peds may be hitting them. This is especially bad w/ my bikes & the space in front of place has a path running through it. I just pull them back into the space before I save.

Car looks nice, here's something about them to think about. A couple years back, some guy in New York state was clocked doing around 150 MPH (I think, may have been more). The police heli couldn't even catch him. Within 15 minutes he was caught. He was filling up at a gas station. I read somewhere that at top speed these cars run out of fuel in about 12 minutes.
