Yes, I grew up w/ cars like that. Black car is a '70 (2 headlights), red is a '69 (4 headlights). Originally came w/ anything from a 240 I-6 to 429 Boss. For you metric guys, that's 7 liters. Since they're both fastbacks they probably have a 302 or 351 (5.0 & 5.8) under the hoods, but could be anything. Your VW might not be fancy but at least it looks kept up. As for Steveo-34's Chevelle, I'm a Ford guy but that's one Chevy I wouldn't kick out of the driveway, especially w/ the 396. You DO realize that just motivates me to rebuild my '72 LTD, Mad Max style.

Agreed w/ TM, you gotta start somewhere & I thought it was okay to watch. Offer a little encouragement & constructive criticism to get some of the new guys (to stunting) on the right track. Deji - Keep practicing (nice Austin Martin, BTW) If I could suggest - Maybe a class of vids that aren't so much about stunting talent but just making video edits & clips, like an exhibition class. This would allow modded versions as long as they are claimed as such. Real stunting vids would of course conform to the current rules. Exhibition vids on the other hand would be to show off editing skill, particular vehicles, etc. Just a thought. Rated 3, for effort.

Driver PL could have used a speed limiter like the one in Mafia. The remaining 20% mentioned could just be a matter of mapping or script editing & for the people who made the game in the first place, that shouldn't be too big of a problem. Today is the 8th (on March) so if they stay on it until the end of the month that still leaves 4 weeks to get the games pressed & distributed by April 29th. As long as they don't run into any setbacks I expect to see GTA4 on April 29th.

Nice find, it helps w/ the mental degradation waiting for April 29th. Last night I dreamed I was playing GTA4. Yes, that was a cry for help. Great, you can post translations! (Seriously, R* probably buried a few jokes in Russian.) The aforementioned '87 CRX is probably the return of the Blista Compact, a halfway decent little car so far in the series.

The first law of video games, everything serves a purpose. GF probably lets you make connections for missions or you could call for a ride, something basic but occasionally useful (speculation). Even being high maintenance, shell eventually prove at least a little useful.

Sounds like you want to do some TXD editing, check the SA modding tutorials for info. Your wheel size is set in VEHICLES.IDE, 2nd & 3rd to last entries for each vehicle (except boats & some aircraft). Find the name of the car you replaced & adjust those numbers until the wheels look the right size. RULE # 1: BACK UP EVERY FILE YOU PLAN TO EDIT!!! What's a Falcon TS50? I've been experimenting a little w/ other vehicles to make my own mod garage mod. The one that's in downloads still has a couple glitches (but otherwise works as promised). Back to topic.

I think Gerard recently stated data files are okay, it's the EXE that isn't allowed to be distributed, so you guys should be okay. As a general rule, ask yourself if it's something that you can replace w/ a mod from TGTAP downloads. If yes, no prob. If no, you'll have to get it from your original install disc. Gerard: If I misquoted you, PM & I'll pull this post.
