You have Cyrillic (AKA Russian text). You could try to re-install & set your language selection to English (or language of choice). Your post indicates you have no problem w/ English. Or you could change out your GXT file (it holds all in-game text). I think you need the file AMERICAN.GXT, located in your SA folder in TEXT if you go that route.

IMG 2.0 means it's the second release of spooky's IMG tool, w/ fixed bugs & some improvements over the original tool. Technically, I think it will edit the IMG file of SA V2, but the game can identify a modded IMG & won't run. Once you downgrade, you should be good to go. Has anybody tried modding SA V3?

I'm a state contractor who looks after an extremely retarded kid & for the most part I just have to be around. The part I hate is that twice a month I fill out a bunch of paperwork that gets nit-picked by some anal middle management idiot who processes it when they "get around to it". Clarification - Does the no mods rule include models (presume so, but just in case) & player skins in GTA3 & VC? I still have a few good pics.....(if the caption breaks the rules I'll pull the pic).

Well if it's true, then I should play more because I'm old & it could help my high blood pressure! (You wouldn't want anything to happen to your token pensioner would you?) I don't particularly buy into it, most of the games I get into tend to get the blood flowing pretty good. Adrenaline FTW!

Well, obviously I don't know that. Can you direct me to a source? Not a big fan of cheats either, although I'll play around w/ them for fun (nothing I'll save). I do know SA savefile editors have a "Cheats Used" setting that can be cleared, the early one I used (got tired of re-accumulating weapons after "Green Saber" & "Da-nang Thing") to open the entire map had it. I think the README mentioned the cheat issue.

Most of the previous topics like this were about "Madd Dogg" not working right. Speculation - Cheats alter the save file somehow & so completed missions still show not done, "Madd Dogg" problems are the result of a glitch that alters lines the main script making some missions hang up or impossible to finish.

Bummer, people usually don't look on the forums until the damage is done. also a heads up, cheats also keep you from getting 100% complete.

The checkpoint feature was good on the side work. Hit level 30 on "Air Ambulance" & you start taking in some decent cash & have no problem financing your empire. Not much for bragging rights, though. Did VCS stats track continuous missions or just total?

I think it was in the VC beta topic, also talked about a bigger Fort Baxter.
