Ability to aim weapons from a car & drive-bys w/ all weapons. Flamethrower on the run would be funny, RPG would make a great screw-up, especially from a ped or enemy AI. More garages/better use of existing. You can only put 4 of ANY vehicle in the hanger at the airstrip, WTF?! Working boathouses. More dating options.

Supply Lines..... Head west for your first target, then on to the next closest & work counter clockwise until you catch up w/ the last one in the downtown ares. The worst ones are on a dirt bike, one driver & a passenger w/ a MAC-10. your biggest problem will be a small fuel tank (fixed in PC version). Patience & practice. There's another topic about this mission but it's been awhile since anyone's posted in it, find it for more tips.

In a way, he's pretty lucky. Spend the day riding around on errands or watching Spike TV & eating hot dogs, a lot better than he'd get in an institution. Over all, he's pretty happy (most of the time, then he makes up for it).
