Has anyone ever gotten to Level 366 on Vigilante?
Urbanoutlaw replied to zmoonchild's topic in GTASA Gameplay & Help
How long (real time) did it take to reach level 1773? Was starvation an issue? -
Gerard - Give up? Absolutely not, the efforts of staff are probably what make this forum as good as it is. TGTAP has obviously grown past just being a place where kids talk about one set of video games, I think that's a good thing. I never put any thought towards the day to day life of someone in Chile, Europe or the Philippines until I started looking for code segments for San Andreas. It's given me a personal view of the rest of the world I never would have gotten from TV news. PS. I have an X-360, bring pizza & some good hard cider. Maybe I'll even call up Sky & we could all go cow tippin'.

Jack(ass) Thompson have a sense of humor? Doubt it. A pic of him holding the game would make it look a little more authentic, but it's still funny.

Dmagic's wheemod tells the game your car comes w/ it's own wheels instead of using the ones already GTA3.IMG, as I recall you place a dummy model in the IMG file (the README should cover this, if not there's still plenty of people who play & mod VC). To make a new car work using wheelmod, you also have to edit DEFAULT.IDE in DATA. Find the original name of the car you replaced. For example you replaced the Blista Compact w/ a tuned CRX, find the entry for Blista & look for the entry for WHEEL (next to last) & change it to the number for wheelmod (I think 249). Now your new CRX will show up w/ custom wheels it came w/, otherwise you have an error that crashes your game. Good luck.

Confirmed, yes the jet pack works. However I noticed the game "adjusts" the AI competitors when you get way ahead of them. Once I get the jetpack (after completing a "Truth" mission in the desert) I take the Palomino Creek Triathlon first then head back over to the airstrip for a new jetpack & take the Santa Maria triathlon, grabbing a quick pizza on the way. Where can I make $30K in a weekend in the real world being an anti-social slacker?

Good eye fatalgamer, I thought you meant the dark red car in the foreground (post 66). The car in the background (post 64) has the right trunk (boot), general shape & proportions to be a '59-'61 Chevy, or a Voodoo in GTA. Look close & you'll see it through the passenger window of Niko's car. Stafford? Maybe, but proportions look closer to Feltzer. Could be either or a new car.

Earlier posts seemed bent on train derailment, so here... This was taken after I tried to back a train from Unity Station to LV (didn't get far ). I did this before CJ went to his house for "Big Smoke" at the beginning of the game.

Bikers were the worst, every time you got in the car they were right there. I used a simple strategy. Take a front & start building, handle the next attack & save at that front as soon as it was saved. Then quit & reload, which stopped the attacks & re-set the gangs to a "peaceful" state until you took another front. The only thing to watch was that another front was being attacked while you saved & you would have to look for & repair it when you re-started. Not so bad.

Not bad, I like the vid you posted. I'll watch for their CDs next time I go hunting for tunes.

Or how about when Roosevelt & Churchill made up the Nazis back in the late '30s? (I will dignify Alucardo w/ a response) BTW, aznn do you have anything from a RELIABLE source? I didn't bother then I saw all your links were to YouTube.

Nice vid, all I expected was pics. If you have any other mayhem vids, go ahead & post. So, who else brought in the new year w/ a bang?

I think I delivered a pizza to him once, nice guy.

I sent mine in 2 months ago, still aiting. I need to dig out the issue, but according to OXM they're supposed to have a full 3-year warranty on ALL x360s relating to "Red Ring of Death" issues. Give me a couple days to find it.

Dude, you did it wrong! I've never seen that, how much progress had you made w/ her? I read somewhere you get credit for 1 kiss on each date, I think in the guide.
-
I should point out that the pics I posted in there are from my personal collection.

Look for BW's mission builder in the download section. There's over 500,000 lines of code to sort & every time you make a change you have to make a new save game.

Can anyone get a screenshot of this mystery girl?

v3.0 San Andreas has been released
Urbanoutlaw replied to zmoonchild's topic in General GTASA Discussion
Sweet. The open directory structure means someone will probably come up w/ a downgrader in a matter of time. -
Look for "Show Us Your Guns" in the lounge, start on page 3.

The only resemblance is 4 wheels & 4 headlights. Post a profile of the dark red car, it's based on a first gen Camaro. It also closely resembles the Macaro/Tomahawk from Scarface:TWIY. The Voodoo is based on a '59-'61 full sized Chevy.

Congrats on the promotions guys. The only problem I see w/ removing the warzone would be people flaming in open forum, but I see what you're getting at & hope it promotes a more positive attitude. I remember a couple warzone topics spilling out & found it annoying at best.

Try raising a handicapped kid, especially when his problems are the direct result of apathy & incompetence the medicade system is overrun with. He has one (of 4 that he HAS to have) prescription (anti-psychotic) that would cost his mother almost $2000 a month. He is 18, will always be in diapers, will never be able to say his own name & is prone to violent psychotic episodes. Social Security is the only thing keeping this kid out of some institution where he would just be medicated to the the point of being catatonic (at a MUCH higher cost than he incurs now) & have a much lower quality of life. I don't wish this on anybody & it's hell on earth for a parent. This is all because some bureaucrat just plain screwed up. As for Medicade, as citizens we are obligated to pay taxes & register for selective service (subject to military duty if needed). It's reasonable to expect a decent minimum standard of health care. The problem w/ the current system is that it only cares about someone when they are depended on it. We should be able to accomplish this & still have the private system in place for those who can afford insurance for "state of the art" care. I'll presume you are still fairly young & quite aware of how the world works. As you get older & you get some life experience your opinions will probably change.

Piss off, you donut monkey! They really love that one.
