Swimming could have been added any time, it's pretty easy when you're putting the game together. R* just wanted to keep you out of the rest of the map until they thought you were ready for it. Enough people wanted swimming so they finally included it in SA, but used a 4* warrant for the same purpose. Imagine how easy the early missions would have been w/ the rocket launcher or sniper rifle. Oh wait, I did that (PC version, data mod).

That'll get you some "one on one" time. I remember an old episode of "COPS" in LA where they had a drunk & disorderly call. The cops were really trying to get the guy to just go home but he kept telling them "You gotta read me my rights". The cops kept telling him "We don't want to arrest you, just go home". This continued for a few minutes until they finally gave up & tried to arrest him (big guy, 300 or so pounds). They ended up pinning him down on his belly, one cop sitting across his shoulders trying to put a headlock on him back to back w/ the other cop who had one of the guys legs in a hammer lock. The guy was flopping around like a fish yelling "I'M SUPERMAN". He also wanted maced, which he got when they tried to get him out of the cop car at the station.

That depends, there may have been a risk of fire. But yes, in most cases you leave the victim in place until the paramedics arrive & deal w/ them. They're trained & equipped to minimize back/neck injury. Still, it's nice to hear about a video game getting credit for a good thing every now & then. If this guy also plays WOW he could save the world.

You will also need to turn it "on", w/ a savefile utility. PatrickW made the original but stopped supporting it after the whole Hot Coffee controversy. Some save file editors have it as an option, you'll have to find one.

One other thing, make sure your new savefile is for the same version of SA you're running. If you're not sure, look at the DOWNGRADER topic & it should explain it. Good luck.

FULL POINT! The non-functional ladders around the airport in SF just annoy the hell out of me. They should have added more extensive tuning to the cars, similar to Driver: PL. It should have been easy, R* also owns the Midnight Club franchise.

No one posted in your topic since June & didn't bother digging through ALL the previous topics to see if anyone had a Scarface topic, just the first 4-5 pages to see if there's anything current. If it's that big of a deal then go ahead & merge them, it doesn't really matter to me either way.
