I'd say go i7 920 over 860 since its the 1366 rather than 1156 which is apparently a dead platform (like they arent gonna make a new line of processors with that socket) Plus I heard the i7 920 overclocks really easy. Someone wrote on another forum: If you plan to use your system for like 2-3 years without upgrade, then 1156 is a good platform, but if you think that you may upgrade the cpu for the i9, then 1366 maybe a better investment.

youl need a router/switch first. if you make a server then get your friend to connect to your IP. (type ipconfig in command prompt to show it)

theres something wrong with either the txd or dff file in the mod. either you didnt put one of them, or the mod doesnt work.

open up command prompt, target it to the folder where comdlg32.ocx is, and run regsvr32 so say the folder is c:\program files\rockstar games\GTA4\ run > cmd then type cd c:\program files\rockstar games\gta4 then regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx and it should say successful or something. then try again. if not, reinstall your game i guess. the file can be there but be not registered for some reason, or could be corrupted even if it exists.

c:\program files\rockstar games\gta san andreas or just go to control panel -> add remove programs if you actually installed it, it'll be in there.

not sure you can in GTA3, the only way i can think of, is get the tank, and put in vehicles fly cheat then turn the gun around to face behind you and keep shooting, eventually you pick up speed and start flying, you cant really control it well though. in san andreas however, i know at least for PS2 there was a cheat that makes the cars fly like planes, im sure they put it on PC too.

I know this isnt a direct fix to your problem, but try this http://www.zshare.net/download/72338212dca1fb4a/ This mod basically makes these neon lights appear above all rampages and hidden packages throughout the map, so you can fly around in a helicopter and get em all easy. and this one you dont have to change main.scm so you can use your existing save file

you have to download a mod thats already made or you can have a go at making your own...but its not a straightforward procedure. use zmodeler i think for it. maybe 3DS max. one of those two im sure.

Hmm well GTA is unable to find that DLL, which means either you deleted the file, it's corrupted (so I'd say reinstall) but you said you already tried reinstall, so, there's something wrong with your install CD's / DVD / whatever other way you got the game. We aren't allowed to post files like that because of piracy.

Yes it will change the name when you get in it, but im pretty sure it wont change the import/export list since thats a fixed image. there may be a way to do that yourself, but im not sure how.

its a problem with the mod. and yeah, you installed a bunch of mods without checking. so you can either uninstall them all or just reinstall san andreas. whatever's easier for you. so yeah in future, install one, go in game and test it out, then install another.

you dont need to rebuild archive. you should make sure you backup the individual txd's and dff's, so when you add in a car eg admiral search admiral.txd and admiral.dff, change them to admiral0.txd / dff. then add "admiral.txd" from your mod. makes things a lot easier. some people have had problems with the "replace" function.
