I have all the GTA's except for the classics, I had GTA 2 for PC but I deleted it. I also have San Andreas: Greatest Hits and the maps and posters that came with the games. -
You've got it wrong. He downloaded it off Steam, it's not a Steam version, it can be 1.0 or 1.1. Make sure the save is in the correct folder "GTA Vice City User Files" which should be in My Documents.
