This is an extremely common glitch. Try going to your safehouse, removing all your items of clothing and then putting different items on. That worked for me

I've only used this cheat once but I think its pretty cool, although not so cool if someone else punches you

Mine was the west side of Vice City as it was easy to navigate, had cool cars, lots of gang activity and generally lots to do

I think they should definatly have a new character, but it would be cool to meet some of the old characters again

I don't think R* would ever have a mission where you had to kill a main character from a previous game. Anyway, I think it would be pretty cool to be able to fly back to San Andreas and do a few missions

Cesar's gang does attack you, they are the cyan coloured gang around Los Santos. The blue gang in San Fierro are the San Fierro Rifa. Anyway, I think Tommy would win this fight as he has more attitude than CJ and doesn't get pushed around

Lips

Close between the GSF and Triads but I'll have to go with GSF. They have cool weapons and they're CJ's own gang

The only good jump I know of is from the ramp next to the Drive-Thru Confessions place, as you can build up amazing speed down the strip
