San Andreas User File is located in My Documents, it's called GTA San Andreas User Files.

I wanna test mine today because it seems really slow. So slow infact, the flash application on the site to test it won't load. Seems I don't need to do the test at all, I already got my answer

Get an GXT Editor for San Andreas, open the american.gxt file in your games install directory/text and search for the string to be replaced. In this situation, it's "sunrise".

hehe, nah I think it is made by using these letters -- "Map Editor" --. Kinda like how some programs are called like "MapEd", "IMGEd", etc.

Theres no quality game spawner out currently, the only one I know of works, but freezes the game at times and cuts-out the sound. Just replace a common car rather then a rare one.

Have you edited the game with modifications at all?

Modifications don't just edit things, they can also be defined as extending the use of something. Which is what SA-MP does. It is an add-on, and not present in the default installation of the game. I would like to keep the normal gameplay forums clean of topics that are to do with modifications.

That should have been installed when you installed the game itself. Since it is only 64.0 kb's though, your better off downloading the file then reinstalling the entire game: vorbisFile.rar

No of course we can't when you've got the file, dumbass. Just post the original pic and a not a thumbnail, it isn't difficult. Wow. I think he meant scaling it up, with Photoshop or something maybe. Would look pixelated and unreadable though. So can't be done, sorry.

Err, okay yes, but this is not for debating of GTA4 features, it's about what poll to have, so lets try to keep the opinions on the polls reasons (to the degree of your person opinion of yes/no to that feature) to a minimum.
