Well from when I installed the Vista BETA it needed 256 RAM. Office ran fine on my old laptop, that was only 216 RAM since the Video Card shared it.

I'd say it would be the same, no relations with past players except maybe funny radio adverts on past players or something.

Should have been posted in the Modding Forums, move requested. Anyway, in SA the HUD and such can be removed in the settings, if not you can remove them by putting the game in wide screen through the games script. Same should go for VC I would think.

Thats fine, just I come from communities where it is considered against the rules, as some people abuse them to use a game they don't legitimately own.

Yeah, I get it a lot with my games, any game actually. I find entering the start menu and minimizing the game then maximizing it again fixes it for me.

Thats not a strip club...It's Jizzy's place, not actually a strip club, more of a bar. And you can't get strippers there like normal strip clubs.

Okay okay, so basically, your installing mods and there just not working? Your game plays, but nothings changed?

I recommend doing this rather then using a downgrader.
