Might be, but it's hard to say. If I remember correctly the Telstra Bigpond Package I go with doesn't have a very high upload speed, it does tend to be a problem, but I don't upload them many files that are overly huge in size. I only just downloaded them from Rockstar Games site the other week, played them a bit, GTA2 is definitely the best. I will be playing them over the new year or so, on and off.

I think this tells us a lot more then just that VCS is being released on Playstation2. It tells us too that Rockstar are still strongly on Sony's side. We thought with the downloadable content for the Xbox 360 port of GTA4 that they had left Sony's side. This to me says that haven't.
