I'd go for it if I was you. I think myself, no matter what age you are, we're given so many opportunities these days, and so many areas where we can take off and become who we want to be. Eh? I don't think that was needed, first off he was asking for v1.9D, not the newest versions. Plus, your about 2 months to late.

Sadly, it's not that easy. He could clam it was him and still have a strong case because of the name, and the persons job. This is what happened with the e-mails on the official LCS website and game content that was having a stab at him. Same goes for the SA mod that had him in, even though i it they used his name of course.

Well to me, it seems logical it would me a completely new experience, GTA3 had 3 games in it, which was a series. Now with a new engine, and the game being named GTAIV I just feel we can look forward too another new games in a series of events that link together with new characters. Thats what I think anyway. Okay, me and Original GTA Master have worked out our differences and have found it was all a HUGE misunderstanding. I'm sure I speak for us both when I ask for people to not talk about it any further nor reply with anything off-topic from now on forth. Simple as that. As for the topic, I feel myself past characters will not make an appearance, I feel it will be completely new, clean slate as to speak.

Putting them in a game so you could beat him up would leave them open for a law suit.

True yes, but thats not why I moved this. I moved this because I didn't feel it fitted in with the topic it was originally in. I just check Wikipedia, seems it's been edited since I last saw it, anyway my post here was from the information I had heard, and the facts are there in the topic to back it up. Yes I may be speculating as well, but my speculation has facts to back it up, Original GTA Master's doesn't. Yes I respect this is all speculation and rumors too, but thats not why this topic has been moved.

I would really like to see a link to an official site where Rockstar said that none of that game characters from the "III" Trilogy would re-appear. I didn't hear that any where. There isn't any. I don't remember that being stated. Not those words, atleast. WikiPedia is a user-edited website. Nice try, though. The facts? You mean, like how the GTA 2 character is supposedly Claude from GTA III? Oh, yeah, definitely can't be old characters again.... Infact, that actually makes it seem like GTA IV will be Claude and then the following games will have new characters. I wasn't trying anything...Anyway, I am only going from facts of GTA3, VC and SA. GTA3 was a trilogy, and theres even a PS2 and Xbox version released containing all games called "Grand Theft Auto Trilogy". And then thats the fact it's on a new engine, which points to it being a new reinvention such as how GTA3 started a new type of GTA series. Either way, although Wikipedia may be user-edited they have got facts to back it up. And to me, it seems the most logical way to look at it. Either way, I stick by the moving of these posts, it was off-topic and not needed in that topic. If it was about a player being a female player form another game, well okay it may have been a different matter, but it is obvious it wasn't, so this is the outcome. Oh, and I do remember hearing it, whether it was from Rockstar themselves or not, I can't remember. I apologies if it wasn't, but I must have heard it from a trusted source or got that idea from something I had read if I feel this strongly about it.
