Well congratufuckinglations. But you left out some things. First, you claim you were the first one to mod GTA3. However, that mod is for the Xbox version of the game, which was released over a year after GTA3 was released on PC, and certainly several months before the first mod was released. Plus the majority of the community mod the PC version, as modding the console versions require third party shit, console mods, and other things. While the PC just requires an unzip. But let's just restrict it to Xbox. This mod (which is a trainer btw) was released over a year and a half before your mod. Some people don't classify trainers as mods, but they temporarily alter memory addresses to achieve things not normally available in game, thus, they are mods. But anyway...I'm just starting to get into modeling, so when I'm good and ready, I'll right a tut for you. Happy? Good. Stop making topics. K?

Well, you could use eBay or buy 'em used from an online store. Such mods that add LC and VC to SA are not complete and don't include the appropriate vehicles, missions, peds, etc...from the appropriate game. I don't think you'll spend more than $15-20 for both games. (GTA3 around $5 and Vice from $10-$15)

Yeah. Sounds like a corrupt install. Uninstall Vice City, then go into the VC directory (usually C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) and delete all files remaining. (Keep in mind your mods will be wiped) Then reinstall.

Most game stores will let you get them. I was able to preorder, walk in, and pick up San Andreas PC without an adult present, and I was also handed the other games with an adult present. Uh...get a new graphics card. You have integrated graphics which is t3h suck. Any new...hell, even any old graphics card will increase your performance. This card will allow Vice City to look good and run fast on your computer with mods.
