San Andreas Stories discussion
The Bossman replied to Logsdaman11's topic in General GTA Series Chat
I think san andreas would be the next logical step, although in a magazine called Official Playstation 2 Magazine, I think someone (a producer possibly) said they wouldn't be able to fit it on a UMD disc. I would have quoted it word for word, but unfortunately I threw the magazine away. -
Surely we already have a winner?

I've found something new on SA.
The Bossman replied to Al the Killer's topic in General GTASA Discussion
I'm not sure if screenshots can be posted on here, sorry if they're not allowed as I moaned at you for f*** all, but if they are and you don't know how to use them, do this: Sorry, it isn't showing up for some stupid reason. -
PS3 all the way. The launch games are mostly poor, except for COD3 and motorstorm, but wait for it to really get going. One year from now, it will dominate the next gen console war, simply because of the quality of games available by that time. One problem I have is its quite expensive, but I'm sure it won't be a massive hindrance.

Bump. Sorry to resurrect an old topic but I have a question: I have eliminated every gang in the game (83 or so) and I heard you can get your femme fetales to follow you everywhere, and they have guns as well. Trouble is, I couldn't get them to follow me, so... any hints and/or tips? done it, don't reply.

I am tempted to get this, although I've heard its quite easy to complete and doesn't require much effort. Is this true?

happy birthday chris, hope you got shit you wanted.

its simple - make sure youre a member on imageshack.us, take a photo of the glitch occuring, then upload it to imageshack. I do this all the time if I want to show someone something on another forum. It's pretty simple as well, registration is free. I was having a go because you didn't post a pic of the glitch at the start of the topic, and you expect someone else to find it for you, then post it here. -
on ps3 its said to be amazing, especially if you have surround sound and a few sub-woofers. I think it got 94% in Play, an english playstation 2 (and 3) mag. The general opinion seems to be its rather good. On ps2 it won't be as good, obviously, but it is worth getting. Check around on the net on gamespot or other sites, plus check out a few playstation mags and you'll get a general overview.

I hope they don't do this, the original gta london was average at best. I'd prefer a next gen vice city, for all those (myself included) not fortunate enough to have a psp, although to be honest I don't mind where they set it as it will be fantastic anyway.

What music do you want in the Next GTA
The Bossman replied to Chencho's topic in GTA IV Discussion + Help
I want a big mixture of songs, so I can skip them if i dont like them. They should have rap/hip-hop, rock, pop, 80's, techno, country, emotional music, house, jazz, opera... Basically every genre concievable, as it will be more realistic if they have a lot of genres. -
add it to favourites so you don't forget.

hes a dirty south rapper, albeit the best one in g-unit.

I sometimes get songs from limewire, although i dont always keep them. I did this with the re-up, just to hear what it sounded like, then i deleted them. I bought it earlier from itunes for £7.99, which is fairly reasonable. I'd never download movies though, it takes too long and is pretty pointless. I download games from the snes and nes, but thats all. Overall, i just use it to sample things about 3 months before it comes out in england. Trouble is, its not very good finding rare songs, like im trying to do with those scarface songs i posted in the scarface topic (STILL cant find them.)

phew, thats a lot of writing there, got through it all though. Some interesting facts there, even more so because i havent played gta advance on the gba, although not many other people have either.

maybe YOU can post a screenshot, if you start a topic and expect someone ELSE to validate your point, its a bit disrespectful. -
Congratulations to The GTA Place for four great years. I have regularly checked out this site for two years, becoming a member this year, and I enjoy all the different opinions everyone has. The info it has is both informative and entertaining. Here's to another four years, well done Chris.

it was metal gear solid 3 subsistence, although now i just preordered the first metal gear solid, mainly because my version has deep scratches in it, and FREEZES AT THE END CREDITS WHEN I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE MY f***ING STEALTH SUIT.

A funny vid, havent seen it before. Also, sometimes planes either crash on top of whatver cra you're driving, or they land inches away from you, THEN blow up.

my hardest is the driver. It doesnt help that the way the computer controls his car, its impossible to recreate it without cheats. Another one is cannon fodder, because a glitch occured and a cut scene where several characters run in different directions, one stopped where i have to run to for the cutscene to end. Very irritating. All the other missions I find hard are: Death Row (where you rescue lance from the scrapyard - HARD.) Boomshine Saigon (where you escort phil to the hospital) Messing With The Man (where you go on a rampage killing as many people as possible.) Cabmageddon (where you attempt to blow up roughly 8 cabs) Juju Scramble (where you have to get the packages for auntie poulet) last but not least, Keep your friends close.
