  1. Yeah just because someone is old, doesn't mean they're slow and fragile. Besides 50 isn't what I would call old. Tommy could still be a badass, even if he was in his 70s.
  2. Yeah dude, 15 is quite young. I almost done it aswell at that age, but my girlfriend was 13, so I'm really glad that never happened. I'm 21 now, and still a virgin, but I don't think I'm ready to be a father. Hope this works out for you guys, in a good way.
  3. I agree. Look how much human life was lost during WWI and II. There were millions, and millions. This is over 70+ years ago aswell, without the aid of Nuclear warfare. I couldn't imagine how much human life would be lost, if there were a World War to occur now.
  4. On Youtube last night I was watching a few Vice City videos, with a mod called "Longnight". From what I saw everything was dark, and stormy, and Vice was completely infested with zombies, and they would just keep coming, and coming. Pretty wicked stuff.
  5. http://news.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=306763 This is very disturbing. I was in shock when I heard this. Unbelievable.
  6. 7 stars and beyond- Jack Thompson is spawned into the game, and he throws deadly lawsuit files (That explode) at you, yelling "Guns don't kill people VIDEO GAMES DO!!!!!".
  7. I hate.... -O.G Loc's dancing mission. -Zero's missions.
  8. The meaning of life, is to play GTA until we die.
  9. What was the funniest moment you guys had in Vice City? Mine was the very first time I played it. I just got out of Ken's office ready to go to the hotel, and it was dark and foggy. Well I walked around the corner, and got a feel for the controls, and threw a couple of punches, and what do you know out of everyone I punched a copper (Didn't know he was one, because it was so hard to see), and I got a star the first 10 seconds playing the game. I thought I was going to get arrested, before I started.
  10. Remember before the start of that mission in VCS, in which Victor has to rescue the boomshine from the warehouse, and Phil insists on driving yelling out "Yeeeehaaaaaaw", but crashes into the wall? I thought that was hilarious.
  11. That's what I thought, from the trailer. He may crack a few jokes, but I very much doubt it. What do you mean by that mate?
  12. Exactly. Too back JT doesn't see this. You'll find that almost everyone who plays a violent videogame (Well any game), has the common sense to draw a conclusion that it's not real life.
  13. You know in the 2 years I've had SA, I've never finished it. (Mission wise. Never 100% completed any GTA) I got upto where you had to gain more territory for "End of the line", but that's as far as I got. Congrats on your completions.
  14. At the time GTA III was a massive, massive hit and I loved it, but when VC and SA came along, it was overshadowed. To this day though, it's still regarded as the best. Which in itself is pretty amazing, since alot of similar games can barely hold a candle to GTA III, which is 6 years old. Things I don't like about GTA III -Atmosphere. Very dark, and depressing. Some people prefer it like this, but the atmosphere in VC and SA were more pleasant. -No assets. -Claude didn't really gain any power, even by killing a mob boss. I like being in control of the criminal world, but Claude only managed to piss everyone off. -Every gang hates Claude. I used to hate walking around, when gangs wanted to rip out his spine, and jam it up his a**. -Characters were way too serious. I don't really hate things like no motorbikes, not being able to swin etc. It's still a good game, but I haven't got many fond memories of GTA III. Huge VC fan here. All in all at the time when it came out, I would've said 10/10, but now it's like a 6.5/10.
  15. You're not a ricerboy are you? Around the Holden and Ford parts, we give out some much needed bitch slapping. Actually nothing wrong with Japanese cars.
  16. Chevrolet and Holden. Fords are nice too.
  17. So has anyone copped crap from the Ford fellas, because they won Bathurst on the weekend? Oh and the new VE wagon looks awesome.
  18. I know GTA is about crime and stuff, but what I really don't like about GTA III (Now) is its serious nature. I don't think I ever laughed once. That's why I'm hoping there's some funny characters in GTA IV. Just to offer some comic relief. I think that contributed alot to VC's success after III, because Tommy had a sense of humour.
  19. The first time I played GTA was when I was 12, and over the last 9 years, I've never had the urge to killed anyone based on what happens in GTA games. Personally, and everyone will agree with this, I think Jack Thompson is a whinging c**t. He can't even present concrete evidence for chirst sake.
  20. IMO GTA III was very dry as far as humour goes, after the release of VC, SA, LCS and VCS. I hope Niko isn't boring, and actually says funny one liners. What do you guys think?
  21. *Bump* I'm voting VC Phil for sure, but I think he was best in VCS. Some of things he say's are classic. IMO
  22. I just bought VCS, and after 2 days I'm a thug. No cheats at all. I haven't died (Ok maybe a couple of times, because then I reloaded the game ) and haven't been busted. I don't know why, but the PS2 version is sooooo much easier.
  23. Use your imagination, and forget it's a game controlled by us for a moment. I like to think of GTA as a movie sometimes. I still think Tommy has more respect, based on the power he gained throughout the storyline. This is my opinion of course. Though I see the point TOXIC is making. If you were controlling Tommy, and got arrested or wasted 500 times, that would overshadow how badass he is during the cutscenes. Same with CJ, and every other GTA protagonist. Also getting killed by some old woman, in a punch up sure makes him (Whoever you're controlling) look bad, if you kill alot of gang members in cutscene. lol
  24. I love the fact, that each GTA after GTA III is set before. It makes it more interesting I think. I like looking into the past of some of the characters. For every GTA to have taken place after III, it just wouldn't be possible. For it to be possible there would have to have a 2-3 gap between each, and the time setting would become vastly boring. IMO I reckon VC wouldn't be as much of a favourite if it was set in 2002 (1 year after the events of GTA III) and SA being set in 2004. Setting them in the past is good, because I think what makes every GTA special is their "Style" and "Theme". Although it is funny how Tommy could own properties in 1986, and Claude couldn't buy anything else, bar guns in 2001. lol I know you were specifically talking about LCS, but I just wanted to rave on about GTA in general. hehehe
