Try to rebuild the archive. And try to make sure the .img file isn't Read Only, right click > properties. Rebuild your archive and make sure you dont try to delete the file when running the game if you are running the game save ur game and quit it then open the img tool and delete it hope it works

The guy piloting the helicopter during the ambushed drug deal is Lance Vance. You can easily tell by the blue and white suit, his face, and why he was always bitching about his brother's death.

Nobody knows what happens to Mercedes after the completion of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. However, it is presumed that she is still living in Vice City, at her Vice Point apartment. Hey Sabin, your modding didn't affect anything. There always was a third cabbie (Cabbie, Kaufman Cab, Zebra Cab). The Cabbie is just a heavier, slower and suckier version of the lighter and faster Kaufman Cab. The Zebra Cab is more damage resistant, is faster and you can listen to the radio on it. Also, Kaufman cabs are a different company to the others, so they drive slightly different cars. Notice that the "cabbie" doesn't say "kaufman cabs" on the side. Also note that the Kaufman Cab is faster and lighter than the Cabbie.
